Hi @AerLingus recently travelled business Dublin to London on an @British_Airways booking and received appalling service from your Dublin Lounge. Have raised complaint but am being stonewalled as not an EI booking. Is this honestly how you treat @traveloneworld partners!!
@SW_Help got caught up in the disruption morning and needed assistance with onward journey tkt issue. Your ticket office at WAT really unhelpful and even cited it is a “Network Rail problem to sort, not ours”. Your DSM once involved was very helpful and should be recognised.
Good morning @GC_Rail am booked on your 08.00 KGX to PBO however will not make train as my incoming leg to London with SWR is indefinitely held due to signal failure. What are the arrangements for onward travel when I do get to KGx as my ticket is 1st class GC only?
