Chris Kavanagh should not referee an elite level football match for a considerable period of time. 3 yards inside the box there's a handball.. gives a free kick 3 yards outside.

On top of the worst first half performance I've seen in years from a referee.

How can he not see the same errors being repeated - we dominated them for 80 minutes pressing, we sit back for 10 and give them a point
