Each time I must go to money machine and each only to pick up max Rp. 2.500.000! And then my card was blocked in between must contact your CS. I went back and forth to be able to pick up Rp. 94.000.000 felt like we actually had a holiday at ATM and not in Indonesia 😡

And look at this! 8 Months ago, you see that green colour I’m pointing at? Yep! That’s mean the exchange rate us not yet settled! 😡 How is that possible after 8 Months?

I can only pick up each transaction max €100! That was 8 months ago, but TODAY? I could never use the card for online mastercard payment! WOW! The contract is really a TRAP! I must now wait until March 2020 to finally get off from this bank. Hands down for the worst experience!

@Parcel2Go Hi I would like to use UPS service to send my parcel from UK to Germany. Box measurement is about 70cmx50cmx50cm which is only 270cm in girth. I don’t know why it keep saying my box is too large? Did I miss something? Cheers :-)
