Those conditions aren't present now, so vbm will go back to normal average levels. Can't compare harris to biden 2020 numbers.

@TheMaz82 @Hillsdale But each individual citizens vote is not equal. WY voters have more of a say than CA, because it is impossible to represent each states population with electors equally. One person should = one vote. As it is now, candidates are forced to pander to a handful of swing states.
