Experiencing a persistent calling reliability issue on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra that has been occurring for several months. Incoming calls are frequently rejected on the first attempt but will successfully connect if the caller immediately tries again.

very disappointing. i rented via costco travel and reserved a car for pick up at the san diego little italy office. i got a call from an agent at that office informing me they were out of cars. he told me to go to the airport and they would honor my reservation. they wouldn't!
