Early phase sprint development is underway! Our athletes college and pro are focused on mastering form, short extensive plyometrics, and flying starts to build a strong, efficient foundation. We're progressing week by week—developing speed the right way.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Reach out to Coach Alex to sign up to our @AboutUOutreach sessions or learn more!

Blessed to announce that I am reclassifying to 26’ and joining @STMCT_Football program! Thank you @Coach_Ander5on for the opportunity. Ready to work !!
Every rep, every movement has a purpose.
Our college athletes are building the foundation for dominance:
•Jump Training: Power is king—force production matters.
•Single-Leg Squats: Stability under pressure separates the best.
•RDLs: Strong hamstrings = speed and durability.
•Hanging Leg Raises: Control the core, control the game.
This isn’t just training—it’s preparation for what’s next. #AboutUNYC#AthleteDevelopment #OwnTheProcess"@dylan_i7 StonyBrook @CrisRamirez_20 Harvard @jack_donahoe

At About U Outreach, we believe in training both the body and the mind.
Check out the GOAT Drill, a brain-training exercise designed to reset athletes mentally and physically , inspired by @Caldietz Cal Triphasic Training. We added our variation to this drill which can challenge focus and mental recovery with quick math problems like 2 + 2. It’s a game-changer for building cognitive sharpness alongside physical performance.
The athletes featured are D1/pro prospects from Stony Brook, Harvard, & Rutgers, proving why they’re on the path to greatness.

🎯 Stairs: The GPP Game-Changer 🏃♂️🔥
When it comes to building athletes, the foundation is everything—and that starts with GPP (General Physical Preparedness). Without it, you’re setting yourself up for breakdowns, not breakthroughs.
Stairs are one of the simplest yet most effective tools to build: ✅ Power – Explosive force with every jump and sprint. ✅ Durability – The ability to endure and recover during tough seasons. ✅ Coordination – Refined mechanics that translate to every movement. ✅ Energy System Development – Training the body to sustain effort and bounce back.
In this video, 3 of my athletes are attacking the stairs with intent—jumps, sprints, and controlled movement against gravity. It’s not fancy, but it WORKS. This is the grind that builds highlight-reel moments.
💡 Remember: Master the basics. Build the foundation. THEN dominate.
📽️ Watch. Learn. Work.
