Mental Health Mondays ♥︎
Today we’re sharing a graphic made by ObsessivelyEverAfter on Instagram.
Really important message about how Depression is not “all in your head” (which is a common misconception)
We hope you find it useful!

And it's away! Our open letter has been sent to all 129 MSPs asking them to take action and #BanMosquitos. Thank you to the 96 (!) #HumanRightsDefenders who signed and stood up for young people's rights under the UNCRC. Responses will be shared here ✨

We welcome the introduction of a Bill to incorporate #UNCRC into Scots law.
Today's announcement is a significant moment in realising our shared vision of ensuring all children & young people growing up in Scotland have their human rights respected, protected and fulfilled.
A method we proposed in our first Youth Voice post was writing to your MP or MSP. There are a variety of ways we can contact them for example social media, going to surgeries (which are currently suspended due to Covid-19), contacting them via email or phoning their office
SYP’s consultation for the next manifesto is live! We’re looking for local young people aged 12-25 to leave their views on issues impacting them. You can then enter a draw to win 1 of 3 £50 Amazon vouchers. Have your voice heard: https://t.co/ma8Q8HdbEx
In West Dunbartonshire 43.8% of Higher pupils had their results downgraded by the @SQA and for Advanced Highers it was 43.3%.
Teachers estimates of individual achievement ignored and a blanket approach by @SQA that lowers grades for those from working class areas #SQAshambles
It's difficult, we know, but don't stay up too late. Try to get a decent sleep if you can. #SQAResults will be issued from 8am onward on Tuesday & depending on your phone or email provider, may take a wee while to arrive. Be patient, they will get to you! https://t.co/mZTnH6I7h9
