“Focus on correct answers not ONLY the method”? Someone seems to be misinformed. Is this what we really want...Removing Thinking from mathematics...just get an answer? Or do we want a society that thinks, analyses, construct viable arguments?
A4: My team is often being pulled in many directions, so communication and trust are key. If I am given a task I know that it needs to be done at the level my team expects. Clarifying expectations helps me ensure I am accountable.#FESForward

A2: I believe we are a team. We are all moving towards a common goal and we push one another to grow. I think our team could definitely become more unified. Finding ways to connect with other grade levels and teachers in and outside of school would certainly help.#FESForward
A1: It’s hard to measure the impact we have. We often over focus on the data. I think as a school team we have seen students gain understanding of both academics as well as their emotions this year. I have witnessed such incredible growth in so many kids this year! #FESForward
