Up until the 90s in our part of Nevada, units were mostly installed on roofs because of the long distance between the indoor air handler and the outdoor heat pump. Yes, They are heat pumps heat and cool. With newer refrigerants, ground units are now just as efficient, easier to service, and cheaper to maintain, so most new builds here have moved to ground‑level systems. 110° here today!

That is not true. I love reading my code and when I instruct the AI I add style guidance to it in such a way that it is nice to read. You can tell it to do just about anything if you think it’s turning out ugly tell it the way you want it to be written, put in the annotation, structure, spacing, I also use a lot of great extensions vs studio that help too.
