@TangoKing64@MichaelDoesLife Bros prolly already seen a police shootout a couple hours earlier he’s just used to it I mean it’s the gta universe after all and we all know how chaotic that universe can be 😭
@War_AK@TheGameVerse Yeah that’s true. And also there’s many cases where people murdered people irl because they were “inspired by GTA” you have to have a screw loose to commit violent acts IRL just because your doing it in a video game.
@War_AK@TheGameVerse Idk because some people are rather inspired by the game GTA and feel like they should go out and do it IRL. I’m not saying everyone’s this way though.
@dull_crowns@luciavices Trevor was a loud and annoying egomaniac and so was Micheal they fucking got on my nerves the whole game I’m glad we have more a stoic and chill protagonist now who doesn’t feel like he has to prove anything. He’s a quiet, humble, and disciplined protagonist.
@Honptaro2012@vmmiguel_ Really cause I remember her getting slammed into a wall and thrown down a elevator shaft. Jason gets thrown by a pro wrestler and suddenly he’s “inferior” to Lucia? doesn’t make sense
@Honptaro2012@vmmiguel_ Jason literally took out like 5 cops in the first opening scene and in the end in that party mission where he’s hired as security he takes out like a dozen of those armed men so idk what your on about
@KayfabeMark@Sir_Dammed Then don’t play it. Me personally I think a Bonnie and Clyde type story is the most interesting story archetype for a gta game and it allows us to have more of an emotional connection with the characters in their day to day life. It’s not for everyone but it’ll be interesting imo
@KayfabeMark@Sir_Dammed I’m talking about all the rockstar games. I think it’s good to have something different than to just keep repeating the same protagonist cycles. It gives Jason deep character depth. His dangerous, violent side becomes more interesting when contrasted with how he treats Lucia.
@EulersCoolHat@Sir_Dammed How? Just because he respects her and listens to her? It’s clear you’ve never been in a relationship ever in your life lmao. Ever heard the term “happy wife happy life”??
@KayfabeMark@Sir_Dammed Unusual for a protagonist? Arthur spent most of RDR2 following Dutch’s orders while slowly realizing he was fucking himself over. Following someone you’re loyal to doesn’t mean you lack an identity.
@KayfabeMark@Sir_Dammed The game isn’t even out yet you don’t know what he’ll do but for Jason specifically, that’s potentially the whole point of his character: he’s dangerous, but Lucia is the person he has an emotional attachment to. His softer side doesn’t cancel out his criminal side.
@KaneVeritas You expected him to want to throw hands because of how he looks? 😂 Being quiet and level-headed doesn’t make him weak. He’s literally a criminal with a military background who’s already been shown shooting cops. Not every male protagonist needs to act like Trevor to be masculine
