Moral principle:

Everyone has to do their own Old Testament, or else they're blind to the moral superiority of their people over everyone else.

And then, after you get there, but never before, you have to do your own New Testament, or else you're blind to the moral equivalence of everyone on earth.

Modern lore says we're leftist in youth or we have no heart, and then rightist in age or we have no brain.

That's true. But the real path to something timeless starts when you hit Right, then eventually you return to things that sound like Left without being it, then after that you hit something I can't explain and won't claim to be but that's the battle plan for a solid life.

You don't need to believe anything.

But do your Old testament first, then your New.

And don't try to reverse the two or you're missing the point. Left is retarded unless you start with a few decades of Right. Because before that you won't understand how and in what sense Left is Right.
