@HSELive over an hour on hold waiting for information on a covid test results for my wife for a test that was taken over 72 hours ago. Call still hasn’t been answered. Think you need to update the waiting time message from 15 mins.

@eir is it normal for your engineer to tell a new customer to have one of these made ourselves but a longer version and get it mounted ourselves then call you back when it’s done because we are in a rural area and we won’t get the signal with your equipment?
