here's their salary cut - yes cut - wages don't keep pace with inflation = work for LESS every year. in an AUSTERITY work life that has only gotten HARDER (even preC19)!

@ColinDMello Let us remember this issue is about pay equity not students. Staff who choose to support exceptional students do so because they believe in equitable education for all. Pay people a wage which is equal to the work involved, including the safety issues staff experience daily.
