Master the art of dynasty building.
Researcher & Writer on Family Continuity, Generational Wealth & Legacy.
Father x4. Building a 1st gen. legacy family.
Generational families don't leave their legacy to chance.
Neither should yours.
You need to create a family culture that raises united heirs and encourages them to compound on your work.
That's why I started Dynastus.
I research and document what successful multi-generational families do.
How they accumulate resources, maintain their culture, establish estates worth inheriting.
Then turn it into practical steps you can use to do the same for your family.
If this resonates, you can subscribe to The Dynastus Letters for free.
I'll send you the essential insights to build a legacy family.
If you'd like to support my work and get deeper insights for your family, consider a paid option.
It grants you significantly better access to my work.
Paid options include:
Society:
Stop the generational reset with direct 1:1 help from me, a growing legacy toolkit, and Q&As with industry experts, alongside like-minded people. Substack included.

@resisfertile Absolutely. Its short term thinking, even if you consider the few 'benefits'(I use the term loosely), the impacts it has as a result of those is still terrible.
Generational mortgages?
Your thoughts?
I'm mixed.
On one hand they allow for debt amortization that works in a united families favor, granting capital growth beyond what the financial system can inflate away (theoretically!).
On the other they very idea is a byproduct forced upon us by a short term view on society - with governments and generations alike taking what they can for the now with no regard for the later.
And will likely pump prices even higher - with solutions proposed that favor the now over the long term.
That said building homes meant to stay in your line for 100s of years? Let's have more of that.
We probably need *longer* mortgage structures.
At today's labor cost, a big brick house is going to be well into the million plus range to build.
But that might be fine amoritized over a 200+ year lifespan.
We need some financial innovation here.
I say this living in a country that has raised the minimum wage to insane levels to garner more votes with people not realizing (somehow?) that there is a markup on labor - and it rapidly increases the cost of living making the minimum wage workers (and everybody else) less able to afford the basics.
There has to be an alternative. Generational mortages? Mixed feelings here. Why not generational decisions in favor or a brighter future rather than taking what you can get in the here and now?
@MalachiONeill@MrFamilyOffice Mr Hughes actually amended this to 1/5th the job in a more recent book. Probably in another few years it will again be amended a smaller fraction (provided the assets already exist), which is what I've observed through when looking through a historical lens.
