One of the biggest misconceptions that was told when we were younger is that we have all this time.
We have no time.
When you’re 18, you’re just figuring out the world, and in the blink of an eye, you graduate college at 22.
I’m 26, and my first day of university seems like last week, yet almost a decade has flown by.
Most waste so much of our time on unimportant things and chasing vanity. Time management is one of the most important skills anyone can have.
It’s the one asset we can’t get back, so it’s more important than ever to prioritize where you spend it.
Spend those extra hours in the day calling your mom instead of bingeing the new show on Netflix.
Go on hikes and connect with nature instead of doomscrolling on twitter. Spend it with friends who push you to be better.
I really hope that everyone reading this strives to do the things that will make positive impacts on their health and life this year.
It takes consistency, and life gets tough sometimes, but having discipline and getting rid of bad habits will be the most life-changing thing anyone can do.
