If there's some kind of open air bus tour that lets you see everything around the Convention Center, do that the first night so you get a sense of what's nearby and what you should not miss.
I knit during almost every Zoom meeting and I find it focusing me so much more than if I didn't. I recently had to sponatenously Zoom without anything in my hands and my mind wandered so much!
