Obesity is a highly insulin driven disease. Our people are underconsuming animal proteins, fats. We overconsume plants-based diets driving weights. We need more proteins not veges.

Good digestion starts with stomach acid—but calcium supplements can weaken it if taken before meals. That means poorer nutrient absorption and less benefit from your food.
Suffering metabolic diseases? When it comes to foods, always prioritize Proteins- Eggs, Fatty red meats. Healthy Fats only, Salt, Water. Serve plant foods the least!
