Another TRO was granted by a state court in an eligibility rules lawsuit filed against the NCAA.

It’s the same argument as the Pavia case, that a JUCO season shouldn’t count as a season of DI competition.

Preliminary injunction hearing is April 6.

NEW: Penn senior point guard Dylan Williams has entered the portal, he confirmed to me.

Williams received a redshirt this season, and has a single year of eligibility left. Due to Ivy rules, he cannot stay at Penn and must transfer to play.
