and found out it was the company’s HR calling😭
Your kitchen staffs will also frustrate because they have to fix the order. This is unnecessary distress that shouldn’t happen to customers or your staffs.
If you can adjust and update the printout ticket, it would be beneficial to everyone. Thanks.
@matsuya_foods Hello, since you didn’t allow people to dm so I have to report the bug in your system here. Did you know by any chance if ordering regular beef bowl with onion and soft boiled egg but less rice at Ueno store, the ticket will print out as regular beef bowl only.
If the customer can’t remember the order or didn’t check, the store can get ¥200 extra for free (apart from being more expensive than other stores already). Otherwise your front staffs will end up arguing with customer that the ticket showed only food that’s ¥460.
