The question that has saved me the most time as a founder:
“Can I walk this back?”If the answer is yes, I stop overthinking it.
What’s a decision you wish you’d made faster?
The longer I build, the more I realize most progress comes from removing things, not adding them.
•One clearer priority.
•One fewer distraction.
•One thing I stopped doing.
What’s one thing you removed that made everything else easier?
Most founders overthink the first version of their messaging.
The clearer versions usually come after talking to enough people that the words start matching how they already describe the problem.
I’ve rewritten the same message more times than I expected before it felt right.
What’s something you changed in your messaging after talking to real customers?

@adiorchestrates Hi, we're building motionOS at https://t.co/uf7HU3A8QO it's a decision continuity layer for customer support to reduce reopens & resolve escalations. Let's connect 👋

Unpopular opinion: The worst handoffs aren’t between AI and support agents. They’re when a ticket escalates to engineering or DevOps.
Support thinks they handed over the full story. Engineering still has to reverse-engineer what was already tried, what was promised, and what’s actually broken.
The customer ends up repeating themselves again.
If you’ve been on either side of that escalation, what’s the most annoying thing that still gets lost or misunderstood?
Drop it below 👇 curious how bad it actually gets.

The goal is to prevent commitments from disappearing into conversation history. When a customer follows up, the next agent should immediately know what was promised, whether it was fulfilled, and what still needs action. That means fewer missed commitments, less repeated work, and fewer avoidable escalations.
Hot take:
Most “AI agent memory” demos are just better RAG.Real continuity in customer ops is harder – it’s about ownership, prior decisions, open tickets, sentiment from last week, and what the human agent already promised.
What’s the most painful thing that still gets lost between interactions in your setup?(Building the continuity layer for this at https://t.co/Zwr727mUVE : MotionOS)
@Nex41AI The outcome we want is simple: the next agent shouldn't act on an outdated promise or make the customer explain the situation all over again. MotionOS aims to preserve what changed and what still holds, so every handoff starts with the right context.

A summary can preserve the narrative while losing the operational details. "Customer is unhappy" and "we promised a callback Tuesday" aren't interchangeable facts. Continuity requires preserving commitments, their conditions and their current status, not just summarizing what happened.
@AIQuanting Absolutely. Retrieval can't recover a commitment that was never captured. The challenge starts earlier: identifying consequential commitments in an interaction and preserving their context, source and conditions so they remain available beyond the original conversation.
That's the distinction we're exploring with MotionOS, conversation history alone isn't continuity. Commitments need provenance, ownership, status and a timeline. When new information conflicts with an earlier commitment, the system needs to preserve both and establish what remains valid rather than silently choosing one.
@chaka_kuka Exactly. The goal isn't to overwrite the old promise, but to preserve its history while tracking what changed and what still holds. The next agent needs to know not just what was promised, but whether that commitment is still valid.
