Kremenchuk. I want to remind you what a deliberate act of terrorism actually looks like. This is when the terrorist country Russia deliberately attacks a shopping mall full of people with a missile that cannot be used in populated areas even to attack military targets due to its inaccuracy.

The shopping center was attacked by an X-22 missile. The missile has an inertial navigation system based on a gyroscope and primitive radar, which is known for its low accuracy: only about half of the shots hit within 600 meters of the target point.

X-22 was intended to destroy aircraft carriers. The combination of high power and low accuracy results in significant damage in use. The launch of such missiles on the city, no matter what object they are aimed at, due to its inaccuracy, is a deliberate act of terrorism.

And this is one of thousands of examples of Russian terror…

- camera surveillance at every corner, especially in Moscow
- countless armies of police, Rosgvardiya, FSB, SKR, mercenaries, all sorts of spetsnaz, and everything else

And amid all that - absolute failure to prevent and respond to a mass shooting by four or five terrorists just outside Moscow.
