@ATT what the heck! Had service suspended today. Bill was paid 11/2. Couldn’t reach anyone. Went through automated service prompts no help. Serious stuff when need for biz/personal needs. Now I paid bill 2x’s to restore. Major fail.

@skims return form is dysfunctional took me hours to get it to work.then rather than credit my card it issued me a store credit. hundreds of dollars of credit I can’t use. they say they can’t change it! Wtf! It was the horrible form. Someone there please help me

@instagram a few folks &I couldn’t get our videos to load for our lives tonight. Tried all the usual troubleshooting. Re-installed app, checked connections, different devices etc. Limited to just our main accounts. Other accounts were ok. What’s going on?

@instagram this is a jacket. I took it off in a video posted to stories. I was fully dressed. Just took a jacket off. I had on a top, pants and a belt that you can see earlier in the video. I was hit with a violation for nudity guidelines. It’s a jacket, not a body.

@instAgram my Instagram account was flagged for nudity. I was taking off a jacket. I was fully clothed. I went through the review process too. If a human would take 5 seconds to review it would be clear. I already requested a review but it had to be a bot. Pls help.

@Poshmarkapp how can you take down a 5 star account with 184k followers that has been active for 6 years without letting them know what the issue might be? I work diligently to make sure my listings are accurate and within guidelines. If I wasn’t it was not intentional. Pls help

@Poshmarkapp in addition to being an active posher I have met folks that I help as a cancer advocate. I’m a stage IV cancer survivor. Please someone help me as to why my account was suspended. 5-stars 184k followers. I was in the middle of helping someone. I am so upset.
