It's because he gets his information from alternative media ecosystems that automatically position themselves in opposition to whatever is perceived to be the mainstream orthodoxy due to a deep sense of distrust and betrayal from mainstream sources of authority, which is reinforced through an echo-chamber effect leading to a radicalisation of beliefs.
