May Allah Almighty forgive his shortcomings, multiply the reward of his good deeds and grant him the highest ranks of Jannah. Aameen.

He slipped while preparing for prayers, injuring his head, causing internal bleeding and his subsequent passing away. A great man who served the Ummah dedicatedly in many ways.
