Escuché a un integrante de Movimiento Ciudadano con Adela Micha decir que sacarían a Morena como en su momento sacaron al PRI, y me pregunté: ¿en qué país vive esta gente? ¿Qué parte no han entendido?

Mientras la oposición sigue atrapada en el debate superficial de redes sociales y entrevistas de escritorio, en México ya se ejecutó una reconfiguración estructural profunda: Morena desmanteló los contrapesos e instituciones y se apoderó del poder. No comprendo cómo los partidos, el sector empresarial y los propios mexicanos no asimilan que ese país del pasado ya no existe.

Mientras la mayoría continúa con su rutina —sea por complicidad, por la falsa premisa de que no podemos estar peor, o por mera conveniencia— nos venden la ilusión de que algo va a cambiar. Dicen que la esperanza muere al último, pero por más resiliente y positiva que sea mi convicción, ante este manto de apatía, corrupción e impunidad, me temo que no vamos a lograr absolutamente nada en el 2027: quienes hoy ostentan el poder jamás lo van a entregar por las buenas.

Me surge una duda estrictamente jurídica:

¿Por qué la revocación de una visa estadounidense a Andy López Beltrán constituiría, por sí misma, una “injerencia externa” o una afectación a la soberanía de México?

Determinar qué extranjeros pueden ingresar a su territorio es, en principio, una facultad soberana de cada Estado. Una visa estadounidense es una autorización para ingresar a Estados Unidos, no un derecho de México sobre ese país.

Además, López Beltrán actualmente no ocupa un cargo público ni representa al Estado mexicano.

Por eso mi pregunta es concreta: ¿qué acto soberano de México estaría siendo vulnerado por la revocación de su visa y qué norma o principio de derecho internacional estaría transgrediendo Estados Unidos?

Entonces, ¿de qué sirve obligar a millones de mexicanos a entregar sus datos para registrar su línea si la supuesta solución entra en acción DESPUÉS de que ya fuiste víctima?

Y todavía queda la pregunta más obvia:

¿De verdad creen que el extorsionador va a registrar tranquilamente el chip con su nombre y sus datos reales antes de llamarte? 🤦🏻‍♂️

Si esto es para “combatir la extorsión”, presidente, explique cómo la evita.
