@haven absolute poor service come to Haggerston castle site after a 2 hour drive get here to be told caravan is not ready for 5 now 7pm and still no phone call to say caravan is ready terribly disappointed to say the least not even an apology from staff

@haven Far from it I would go as far to say it’s the worst holiday we have experienced put a complaint in on site yesterday regarding several matters was told I would receive a response this morning and no response received we will be leaving early
