The Far-right’s anti-woke culture is now attacking Ubisoft’s new Assassin's Creed game because one of the main characters is legendary Black samurai Yasuke.

If you are melting down over this, you are the problem, not “woke culture”. This is actual racism.

And for the record Yasuke was actually a Black samurai in Nobunaga’s army during the 16th century, and he was by no means the only African present in Japan at the time.

Even if Yasuke was a make-believe character, a company's goals are to expand their customer base. One way to do this is to include characters of different races, sexes and cultures. If you don't like it you are the minority. Get a life.

@Pilestedt My only concern and a minor one at that is I hope it doesn't create another issue with PSN authentication servers and downtime. Other than that if the game is still good I'm still playing it.
