@AmericanAir I did that and it’s crap and not fair. It just shows you don’t care about service and your passengers are just another number.
Unfortunately that’s why Delta is preferred and regret anytime I have to travel AA.
It won’t happen again.
Typcial @AmericanAir - flight credit lapsed by 30 days. I spoke with a rep and they said no problem, we will reissue… I emailed on it and response was corp BS with no credit.

Feels real scammy to me and clearly why @SeatGeek is the premier place to purchase tickets.
