@AskeBay I am extremely frustrated with the difficulty of reaching your customer service. By far, you have one of the most challenging systems for customer support. I urgently need someone to contact me directly via my mobile phone, as it seems impossible to resolve my issue otherwise.

@AskeBay Why isn't #eBay paying out money it is holding from a sale? The account is not on hold. But the system constantly asks the seller to login every time they try to move to withdraw cash. Seller is about to stop using eBay and has spent hours in chat boxes & on the phone.
@AskeBay I have started a return case for an item not as described which has been accepted, but the seller has not sent a valid return label - I just keep going round the whole process on automated assistant and phone without any result; can you help please...

@AskeBay A buyer was refunded on eBay, but I never received the return. The tracking (via eBay's label) shows no delivery, yet the return case was closed. I’m now left with no item and no payment. ORDER ID 19-13179-29137 Please help very frustrated with the lack of support.

Why are you forcing me to pay £2.72 for Simple Delivery? Low value books dont need tracking.
