South Africans have resorted (for a while now) to securing their neighborhoods mininsub with access bars.. this has resulted in the copper cable thieves going under the entire thing, rather than breaking it open.

JUST IN: The National Consumer Commission has named & shamed about 40 companies -physical and online -which accepted customers’ orders and payment, didn’t supply the goods and then disappeared.
The online ones abandoned their websites or deleted them.
