@alexinlearning Iv started to notice an large portion of ID talk surrounds eLearning, especially pertaining in the teacher movement. While not incorrect, I find it disingenuous. eLearning is a medium of communication and training, ID is so much more.

@caranorth11 That's why I always tell stakeholders/smes that we are not making them experts or masters of w.e we are training. We are simply building the foundation of knowledge and development of the most critical skills so they can be somewhat successful - with additional support and tools
