[Important] Regarding the Approach of Typhoon No. 25
Event Schedule for September 20 (Sun) and 21 (Mon) and
Ticket Refunds

After careful consideration of the latest weather information and potential impacts on public transportation,
we have made the following decisions and would like to inform you accordingly.

■ September 20 (Sun): Event to Proceed as Scheduled

However, depending on future weather conditions and the situation around the venue,
we may need to modify or cancel certain facilities or content
to ensure safety. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

■ September 21 (Mon): Event Canceled

Due to the approach of Typhoon No. 25, winds and rain are expected to intensify in the afternoon and beyond,
and given concerns about potential disruptions to public transportation,
we have decided to cancel the event for the entire day,
prioritizing the safety of all attendees, exhibitors, and staff,
as well as ensuring everyone can return home safely.

To everyone who was looking forward to attending,
we sincerely apologize
for having to provide this notice.

■ Ticket Refunds

Tickets for the event on September 21 (Mon)
will be refunded.
Please check the instructions provided by the ticketing service where you purchased your tickets for refund procedures.
We will also post an announcement on the official website as soon as the details are finalized.
