@SCSupertram conductor on the 10:38 from Malin Bridge today was rudely berating a teenager for not carrying an alternative form of payment (your card machine didn’t work) saying it was in the T&Cs of travel. Please point me towards this on your website, I can’t see it stipulated?

@mosseri@instagram I hate the involuntary dark screen, it’s so disorientating! Please at least give the option. Captions are super hard to read. Also I won’t watch videos if I can’t choose to have sound off, so they just get skipped now 🤷♀️
