That’s strictly liquid and investable assets a car is a depreciating asset frankly not worth SHIT, a house is worth something assuming you have any real equity in it. You can have a half $1 million home but if you’ve only paid 20,000 to the principal, then that’s not a lot either. Also, not something you can pull equity out of very easily so yes, the point that most people under 35 have less than 1000 is fairly accurate

Tesla is getting eaten alive by Chinese EVs as expected , overvalued . SpaceX is the company I think will be a monster long term , very few companies let alone nations can do what they have.
