Federal prosecutors filed a late Saturday night motion in the Sandra Birchmore case (US vs Matthew Farwell). This occurring one day after Farwell's attorney saying they could search his phone more thoroughly.

Previously, the government stated that the state police only searched messages with Birchmore - messages Farwell he said he deleted and that MSP John Fanning said didn't exist. Of course we are aware now that these communications very much existed.

The DOJ has now alluded that they may have found relevant data such as health and step data, web searches, photos, videos, location information and more around the time of Birchmore's murder.

An emergency Saturday evening filing in this case alludes to federal prosecutors moving aggressively to lock down rules of evidence immediately following their late-stage review of Farwell's complete phone data. Because the government only committed on Friday to review the entire raw extraction file in response to a surprise defense strategy, a rapid-fire Saturday motion suggests the prosecution discovered material that shifts the trial's landscape just days before jury selection.

It implies that prosecutors are either attempting to admit explosive new evidence of guilt, formally asking Chief Judge Casper to block the defense from telling jurors Farwell "cooperated fully", or proactively seeking to admit newly discovered data showing he deliberately deleted messages right before giving the device to investigators.

Essentially (in my opinion): Farwell is fucked.

If you look at the line with -98k, then look at her channel, you will learn that she took some videos to private or membership only. Which removes those views from your active channel. Nothing nefarious. Just maintenance. Conspiracy much?

The independent candidate for Norfolk County DA @joe_paglia23398 on the @DoctorTurtleboy case.

“I believe the case should end.”

He says Kearney is a whistleblower, and that sometimes people in power will use their authority to try to shut up or teach whistleblowers a lesson by charging them with a crime.

He is a staunch advocate of the First Amendment and said that he would immediately terminate the special prosecutor in the Kearney case and investigate whether his appointment was legal.

He also discusses the Karen Read case, noting that he doesn’t believe there’s enough evidence to charge anyone.

Firstly, Jimmy is a Goddamn saint for combing through my painfully long-winded discussions to get to the meat and potatoes! (I never claimed to be good at this public speaking thing 😬). He's also an angel for helping to get my truth out there. Because at the end of the day, MY truth is important for a lot of other people who are being targeted right now.

I kind of gave up on the Substack videos after a while, because they weren't getting much traction, and life got in the way.

I have SO much more to say, and have barely scratched the surface of what I know and what I've lived through during the past 3 years.

That's where my YouTube channel will come into play.

I just ask for a little patience as I want to make sure that I know what I'm doing first in regards to the tech aspect.. and while I work on that whole learning how to talk thing.
