Gardening FB groups are like, “Hey are these bugs harmful to my super special 100+ year old plant I got from my grandma who saved it from her home before the war?” “These aren’t bugs. They’re terrestrial crustaceans.” #gardening
To the two people eating and using the pickup counter of Starbucks as their table, blocking everyone’s access to their orders: other people live here too.
Relationships with home reno contractors have three phases:
1. I love you so much. I’m so glad I found you. (1st month)
2. Wow. Look at this wall! How am I ever going to be able to thank you enough? (2nd month)
3. Stop coming here. (After 3 months) #kitchenreno
I love how DIYers and home improvement IG accounts are like, “Just cut the wall up, saw a frame of the exact same size using a Japanese hand planer, and voila! A wine spritzer machine in distressed light oak!”
Big news!!!! I have finally thought about maybe considering someday in the near future or distant future, possibly, and if life takes me down that path, start to think about perhaps writing a book or pamphlet or paragraph or a tweet. #phew#confidence
