So wait a second. We were told that Shiloh Hendrix had berated a child. That was allegedly the reason the Somali guy started filming and hassling her. But the jury acquitted her of disorderly conduct against the child and convicted her of disorderly conduct against the guy with the camera. Which means she actually didn't say anything to the kid. She was being harassed by the guy with the camera for no reason. And now she's been convicted of a crime simply for telling the guy to leave her alone. This is total madness.

This entire Shiloh Hendrix case was about setting a precedent for criminalizing free speech, and nothing else.

The fact the supposed victim never took the stand, made a ton of money off it, and the judge allowed the prosecution's witness to commit purgery....is a level of injustice and unconstitutionality that cannot be left to stand.

Cars and people are still being scanned and put into databases. The right to privacy is being violated.

This representative talks as if people knowing "what's happening when their faces and license plates are scanned" somehow makes it ok.

It's very odd that they would think that people who wanted Flock cameras removed would be ok with Axon cameras that do the same thing.

I REPEAT: When a man requested FLOCK FOOTAGE of HIS OWN CAR, the CITY claimed it was a PRIVACY VIOLATION and DENIED his request.

So Flock can SPY on you in a mass surveillance state but YOU cannot even see YOUR OWN data or surveillance footage of YOU YOURSELF.
