@claires disgusting that you can leave someone with painful piercings done at one of your stores. I have emailed and have to wait over a week for each response when the pain is NOW and has been for the last 4 months. I requested a call back but you haven’t done it. Just awful!

Anyone who uses oil please avoid using @HomefuelsDirect we ordered with them and they didn’t deliver, they haven’t responded to any emails etc and I have a severely disabled child in the house. They are willing to leave us with no heating or hot water. They have taken our money.

@HomefuelsDirect I’m disgusted that you have chosen not to deliver my oil today instead you drove up to my house, looked at it then drove away. Leaving my house with a severely disabled child with no oil. You didn’t even ring my doorbell. I suggest someone contact me ASAP.

@CricutUK terrible customer service, one rule for one customer and another rule for others. I reported a fault within my warranty time but you did nothing and now it’s out of warranty you are refusing to help. Appalling @cricut

@cricut @CricutUK I’m so annoyed, I have had issues with my machine for over a year, I have rang countless times only to be told there is a wait of over an hour. I have followed the troubleshooting steps countless times and it still doesn’t work. Your customer service is awful.

@DWPgovuk I am absolutely disgusted that you are unable to answer phone calls, I have tried to call for 12 days straight and have spent over 25 hours in total on hold to speak with someone. This is not good for customers who have disabilities or caring responsibility #dwp #answer

@loosewomen nappy changes, so I have a disabled teenager who is still in nappies and is unable to use the toilet like we can. There are very few places we can safely change her with dignity because shes obviously to heavy for a baby change table it’s awful and people don’t get it

@Nike how frustrating I get online at 8am for the release of trainers. I’m logged in get in the queue, go through all the purchase stuff and enter my PayPal it doesn’t work, try my bank card, doesn’t work, get my sister to try and she has the same issue! What is going on?!
