Affordable Housing = housing costs less than 30% of household income. Household incomes of $20K would have $14K left for a year of expenses while incomes of $100K would have $70K. Not even comparable. Affordable housing must be income restricted.#760ox

COVID fast test vs PCR: NEJM shows how the fast test may miss infections first 2-4 days you are infectious. Best option: if exposed and test neg test again 48hrs later: Then you are good to go! Fast test is great at telling you are no longer infectious. #COVIDTESTING #760ox
