I don’t take it lightly how much care, thought, preparation, and fun taylor puts in to each and every album. I will never take her efforts for granted. Showgirl is exceptional, and I haven’t even heard it. I know her standards and how she always raises her own bar. I am so PROUD!

1. What was the cause of the “outage”?
2. Why were there no redundancies in place to prevent the issue?
3. Has any data been leaked?
4. What is the timeline for resolution?
5. What are going to do to resolve people’s needs to access to their funds IMMEDIATELY while you fix YOUR problem
You are a BANK. You have a FIDUCIARY DUTY to let your customers know what is going on. Your accounts contain OTHER PEOPLE’s MONEY. We DO NOT have to just wait for you to “figure it out”.
This “update” is UNACCEPTABLE!
