1) I had to raie a claim 5 times , every time I received an email and also downloaded the FORM but there wa nothing on your website
@uneekor why is your software so shit and pretty much only work with PC/windows? horrible and zero care for customers. Atleast iPhone (heard of it) should work
@FlixBus I am on a bus to Milan and I bought the extra large bag for my golf bag and the guy made me stand in cold for 10 min arguing that it’s not allowed on flix bus and then I had to pay 20 eur to board and load my bag, of course there was no receipt
