1. Since last 1 month, everytime I book a slot.
2. Expert comes near doorstep but never ring the bell.
3. Cancels mentioning "Customer unresponsive".
4. Service count deducted w/o refund.

@AmazonHelp What work I don't understand. You schedule a pick-up and your pickup partner cancel showing incorrect reasons. This is 6th time now. I'm sure I'll 7th attempt will also be same. Do you have anyone whom I can talk to? Your call back service showing this since last 7 days.
@AmazonHelp Fifth and sixth pickup attempt also cancelled. These are false reasons. You didn't attempt the pickup. Also I didn't get mail response. What I got is only assurance from social media team. Shall I get my refund

@IndiGo6E Then you should follow the same from your end. Make your service desk aware of this. Should be applicable to all or none. Should not harras passengers randomly.
@IndiGo6E Indigo customer care executive informed me 'one hand bag' i.e. + laptop bag/ladies purse as an exception. Also, I saw several other passengers traveling with 2 bags.
