iPhone 17 Pro Max @Verizon & around 4:30, my phone acted like I had service again. I shut my phone off and back on, and when I did, the @Apple hello screen came up. I had to enter Apple ID & Password & it said something about activation. I was able to send 1 text. SOS mode since.
