@SquareTrade Just tried to file a warranty claim for a phone which is clearly having hardware issues and my claim was closed saying this can be fixed with a hardware reset. I already did a system restore twice and downloaded all updates to no avail.

Totally unacceptable. Booted off of a #SouthwestAirlines flight due to a lack of overhead bin space. When I asked if I can belt the violin into the free seat next to me, I was shown the door. I am now missing rehearsals and my university student lessons. Very disappointed in SW.
