@chrisjaglowitz@CondoAuthON There also is an interface snafu with the Public Registry that will frustrate many users. By contrast, @CMRAOn produced fabulous site refresh over a year ago, very responsive to its public mandate. @CMRAOn has restricted budget and is proud to run a tight ship - not same at CAO.
@elonmusk Account validation for corporate users should be tied to domain registry TXT entries (same as how email is validated for assured delivery and filtering spoofers). You might establish an open standard in content validation, similar to DKIM, DMARC as used for email.
ANNOUNCEMENT: High-interest free webinar on February 10th, everyone sign up! Globe and Mail reporter @ShaneDingman, me, and several other capable speakers will share views on recent developments in e-voting, confidentiality and trust in condo governance -- https://t.co/C9riT3X0Q5
I know many are wondering when I will comment on my public interest whistleblower disclosures to the Ministry and news media on condo managers accessing advance vote tallies in e-voting platforms -- It's interesting to see the debate erupt over past week. I will post very soon!
5/5 - Here is combined view of entire news article. Everyone in condoland should have a subscription to @globeandmail because since 2016 it has proven to be the go-to news outlet for condo intrigue and scandals across entire condo sector -- search #condofraud on Twitter and see!
4/5 - The key unaddressed concern in this massive alleged #condofraud (and especially at present time, years after Comp. Bureau investigation) regards condo property managers and condo management companies. I summarize this concern in my quoted comment: https://t.co/HAiC04tBNW
3/5 - More revelations in the diligent reporting by @shanedingman and @globeandmail of the alleged #condofraud scheme involving large-scale condo refurbishment projects in the greater Toronto region. https://t.co/HAiC04tBNW
2/5 - The Globe reporter, @shanedingman interviewed the owner of CPL Interiors, Richard Lyons, and obtained on-record detailed description of his involvement in the alleged #condofraud scheme. Astonishing revelations and intrepid reporting in the public interest by @globeandmail
1/5 - EXPLOSIVE REVELATIONS in @globeandmail published minutes ago online. Details about the guilty plea of a condo contractor targeted in the Competition Bureau investigation that resulted in allegations of criminal conduct under the Act. #condofraud https://t.co/HAiC04tBNW
Could online voting tools widely adopted in the pandemic be unwittingly creating new ways to cheat in elections? My latest investigation:
Ontario condo managers warned not to influence elections after investigator raises concerns about digital votes https://t.co/ppUesEx38V
Excellent to see that the re-coded form fields for the @CondoAuthON public registry search are capably updated and now appear to be rock-solid. This spiffy new search tool for names of directors is a big step forward for board transparency in condo corporations across Ontario!
1/3 - Excellent to see @CondoAuthON has released enhanced search for names of condo directors. HOWEVER with particular inputs (open to anyone) I extracted consolidated results that seem to be proprietary/confidential for certain entities/persons & inappropriate for disclosure...
3/3 - In the public interest I will not herein disclose particulars about these data search anomalies. Did @CondoAuthON technical staff perform diligent testing of their tool before release? I invite CAO to contact me by DM or e-mail for a confidential briefing on my findings.
2/3 - Today I contacted several of the affected entities/persons who expressed concerns. I also conducted searches for some high-profile persons in GTA's condo sector, and much of that data is plainly incorrect. These data anomalies are pervasive across dozens of name searches...

@briankrebs Brian, it's worse than appears on first glance. FB's domain registrar is some in-house thing called https://t.co/dwDAnLMi6a -- which uses the same 4 FB nameservers as assigned to https://t.co/0uQl2UrCvt. Their whole technical edifice is a recursive fail!! See registry data below:
@LashCondoLaw @CliftonKokLLP@condovoter E-voting in advance is functionally same as a paper proxy (the vote is counted, meeting quorum is supported, democratic participation is respected) but with HUGE advantage of total privacy & ballot security - no PM can shred it, no PM can snoop on it, and neither can directors.
@CliftonKokLLP @LashCondoLaw @condovoter The democratic principle that really matters is uncorrupted voting & legitimacy of vote outcomes. Paper proxy forms are disaster for fair governance, they present massive opportunity for fraud which some directors and property managers are all too pleased to exploit.
