@SlackHQ Thanks! While I have your attention, can you also add an easy interface to navigate conversations on the desktop app. It's very hard to go back to previous conversations when you have a lot of channels.

@emirates Is too ill-prepared to handle flight disruptions. Ek226 got cancelled yesterday after a 5 hour delay on tarmac and today’s replacement flight is delayed forever. To top it all, your customer service is behaving badly and lounge has the same food as yesterday #neveragain
