Dr. Angelica Barreto-Galvez is an Eagleton Science and Politics Fellow at the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), where she contributes to the Office of Minority and Multicultural Health's (OMMH) efforts to address health disparities, particularly in the context of the
Population Unit at OMMH with the goal of addressing and eliminating health disparities experienced by vulnerable and high-risk populations.
Angelica earned her doctorate in Cell and Developmental Biology from Rutgers University.
