@DanCarterJourno@bristolcitylive Dan, We all know what an amazing city we have but can you please ask James if he feels that Bristol’s westerly location relative to other clubs has a negative influence on our ability to attract top players. Thanks Andy
@crobbyg Good to see we are preparing against quality opposition 🧐
We do this every summer…Cheltenham is usually another ! I wonder if our new DOF would have changed this approach had he been here longer. Surely in the future years this needs to change for stronger competition
@BristolCityFM Very impressive.
I posted earlier after watching the you tube interview…..it reminded me of the management book for success in industry “The first 90 days”….well worth a read.
@bristolianeagle@JPercyTelegraph@OSIBPODMAG I hope your instincts are right, it would be so motivational to have a great season and be in a top 8 position by January. If this is Lansdown’s last throw of the dice it will be interesting to see if he funds a January transfer swoop to secure play off place in May.
@thesturge@absoluteradio Steve Coogan and Ricky Gervais….what a combo…..I would love to have a pint with them both …you know a blokes night out at the pub…..so many stories. The office and extras were great and Partridge…well what can you say…I have run out of superlatives to describe his talent.
Thought I would throw my hat into the ring at 33-1. Vastly experienced professional who once took Bristol City to the Champions League in ‘Football Manager’ 1996. Available immediately to help integrate the new Sporing Director.
@JonD_BCFC I don’t think Roy will give positive or negative views on player tbh….. I really think it was just an interim holding position whilst we get our ‘ducks in a a row’. His match interviews support this, where he had been keen to explain that is not his remit.
