@Tesla and @elonmusk I’m sitting with a flat tire and had a 24 minute wait on hold. I need to start this by saying that the gentleman on the phone was great but Tesla overall service not so much. I’m 30 miles from home and hour and 66 miles to the service center.

@Arya69558063 @Tesla @elonmusk No roadside tire service available. 2 options given, 1) tow the car to San Antonio, an hour and a half away. We would have to drive 3 hours round trip to pick it up. They did offer us an Uber credit to get us home. $112 for the extra distance.

So I’m stuck, no real options. A manager confirmed to the support agent. Now I’m waiting for a supervisor. This reason alone is enough for me to sell the car and never purchase or recommend Tesla.

Tesla Roadside assistance only works during regular business hours so no roadside assistance. The Tesla tire warranty only allows 50 miles and no ride to my home. They will not tow to my house where they can send a service vehicle to fix tomorrow.

@ripsup @TexasMonthly @BBQsnob @HeartBrandBeef @Cattleackbbq Heartbrand is 💯 Akashi Wagyu. There story is pretty amazing. They found a loophole in the low and flew 11 heifers and 2 bulls from Japan. They have been working with the Japanese for years on the breeding and feeding program.
