Then the customer care chat is just another joke, the bot seemed even sarcastically thrilled to tell me that my delivery should arrive anytime 10 days ago. I asked to talk to a human, well - nothing ! Just a void
@Jumia_Group do you even about customers, collected the payment 20 days ago for a delivery that was supposed to be here 10 days ago, then sending a bogus email with a disconnected phone allegedly to talk to the driver ?!!!
To make the matter worst, a nasty customer call center deflection method, by which the never ending waiting on the phone ends up with Jumia disconnecting the call.
Hi @eAndUAE - I have no internet since early this morning in Mina Al Arab - RAK, and all I have as communication is “we’re working to resolve it” no timeline nor any update. Moreover I tried contacting your customer service but the automated system keeps disconnecting the call !
